About Our Lead TechnicianRaised in Iowa and coming from generations of hardworking farm owners, Adam brings a strong work ethic and deep respect for customers’ homes and businesses. His professional foundation in customer service began in a high-standard furniture delivery role, where attention to detail, respect for property, and going above and beyond were non-negotiable expectations.Adam later earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Systems and Networking and began his technical career managing and repairing systems for a local computer repair business. This role provided hands-on experience in advanced diagnostics as well as the operation of a successful small technology business.With over two decades of professional experience as a hardware technician and computer support specialist, Adam has supported multi-branch financial institutions and worked for a global leader in sports lighting technology. During this time, he expanded his specialization into entertainment technology while working for a local arcade, focusing on arcade machines, modern pinball, slot machines, and golf simulators.As a collector and owner of pinball machines, arcade cabinets, and slot machines—many purchased non-functional and restored—Adam understands these machines from both a technical and collector's perspective. He takes pride in accurate diagnostics, efficient repairs, and minimizing downtime so clients can quickly return their equipment to service.Throughout his career, Adam has been relied upon as a preferred technician for resolving complex issues quickly and professionally. Rates do not include parts. If parts must be ordered, a return trip will be scheduled and billing time will pick up where it left off.
Diagnostic fee is only charged if repair is not requested. Otherwise diagnostics are included in the hourly rate. Most repairs are under 2 hours with many repairs less than an hour. Technician will give an approximate timeframe after diagnostics are complete. Billing begins at the time technician arrives.
